Participation in Startup Dangal is open to startups of all sizes and industries, offering a level playing field for emerging ventures to demonstrate their potential. Whether you're a seed-stage startup with a disruptive idea or an established player looking to expand your reach, Startup Dangal welcomes you to join the fray.

During Startup Mahakumbh 5.0, Startup Dangal stage will be set for the most ambitious and promising startups to compete for recognition and rewards. Startups may nominate as per the following age of establishment criteria:

• Early Age Startup : 0 to less than a year
• Young Startup : 1 to 3 years
• Mature Startup : 4 to 6 years
• Veteran Startup : 7 to 10 years

STEPS for Nomination:

Stage 1 (Online Audition):

• Submit your nomination by filling up online form. Last date to file nomination is 10th of June 2024.
• Prepare an attractive video of 3 to 5min, pitching for Startup Dangal. This video would be live on official YouTube channel of Startup Dangal. Last date of video submission is 20th June 2024.
• Share your video link to your clients and community.

Pre-Round Selection:

• Most popular videos (Like and views) in each category of startups would be selected for next round
• Jury would also review all video pitch. Videos not popular but has good concept would also be selected by Jury.

Stage 2 (Pitch Presentation):

• Selected startups to deliver a pitch presentation (5 min) to judges and a live audience at venue. Jury would select startups for final round on the basis of following criteria.

• • Innovation and Uniqueness: How novel and groundbreaking is the startup's concept. Jury would like to check for solutions that address significant market needs or solve problems in novel ways.
  • Market need and Impact Potential: Does the product or service address a significant and unmet need in the market. How significantly can the startup's solution impact the target audience or industry.
  • Technical Feasibility: How realistic and well-developed is the technological solution or how best technologies has been used in products/services.
  • Revenue Model and Scalability Potential:How startup is generating revenue and achieving sustainable growth. Can the business model be easily replicated and scaled to reach a larger audience.
  • Market strategy: Does startup has a well-defined strategy to acquire customers.
  • Progress and Traction: Has the startup already achieve any milestones or gained traction in the market
  • Social Impact: How best startup has a positive social or environmental impact. They may evaluate factors such as sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and community engagement.
• Top 5 startups in each category (early age, young, mature, veteran0 would be selected for Startup Dangal Debut at venue.
• Additional startups would be selected for future episodes (to be telecasted) for current year.

Stage 3: (Startup Dangal Debut)

• Rapidfire: Rendom questions would be asked by the jury and check wheather startups has understanding of their business and the ability to handle tough questions? Startusp need to answer quickly and gain the additional points.
• Startups would get chance to show innovation in their product/process during the Dangal.
• Jury would announce winner of Dangal based upon performance for each category
